Worst experience ever, show up on time do the line to get onboard and when it is my turn to show up my tickets front desk people say i'm late let them pass people behind me, customer service sucks. They put me on a waiting list after that, great job AA.
We used the kiosk to get our boarding passes, but there were several issues with them once they printed out. We went to the desk and was directed all the way to end where other AA employees could help.
When we started to grab our stuff to move, BERNARD stepped up and helped us at the very next desk instead of making us go to the other end. Bernard was extremely kind, helpful, patient and informative with us as we got our tickets corrected. He also went above and beyond once everything was fixed and directed us on where to go and how to find our gate.
Bernard is what I would call and outstanding employee all around, he demonstrated many values that AA should be considered lucky to have as a part of their team.
Bernard deserves all the praise and a pay raise! If he ever sees this, we want to thank him for giving us such a great beginning experience for our trip!
I couldn't find my fight on the board, not sure what his job was but he saw my confusion, looked at my ticket and told me I was in the wrong place. I got to the right terminal still couldn't find my flight. The woman at the counter told me I was at the wrong air port. Then directed my to another. This employee set me up on standby for two flights 5am and 6am. I made the 5am flight. The staff was amazing fixing MY mistake. Thank you.
Flight there was great, except AC was like a walk in freezer. Even the connection wasn't bad. Coming back it was a Nightmare on Elm Street or the Shinning! Had to be put on a United Airline overcrowded flight with no leg room suffering with a bad right leg and lowerback pain. Or stay in DFW Airport overnight for a flight the next day. Found all this out when I arrived at SJD. They sent flight changes every eight minutes for 45 minutes until I was sitting at the boarding desk. Then given the real 411. The people at SJD were great helping me! American Airlines you suck with a great BIG straw! Flying with you again or United gives me second and third thoughts!!!
Staffing was great/ awesome.
The seating space keeps shrinking. Shoulder and leg space isn't what it used to be.
The bathrooms were horrible/dirty/urine covered messes.
I have mixed feelings about this Airline. Was flying from Houston to DC. The check-in counter was a complete disaster with the workers having an attitude and not wanting to help. I must say that on my trip up to DC and back to Houston the airline got us to both destinations earlier then anticipated so that was good. This was in the middle of the covid-19 and The Airliner was jam-packed full not one empty seat. I think next time I'll try United
More of a review of Terminal A than American Airlines. Pleasantly surprised to see the new restaurant offerings, including Hubcap Grill and Breakfast Club. I enjoyed a meal at Caddilac Restaurant...A fine replacement to the absolutely disgusting Chili's
My opinion in this regard is that the time I had to travel was at night, so for the snack you receive a bar that is too small and if I admit I was surprised by the drink, I did not complain, it is fine and the temperature as you want I liked the selection of movies that there was that day
Was ok only I have to take a scale on Texas to get my final destination ,
I had a great experience free movies and head phones. Can't complain too much just wish the bag fee was cheaper
